Good morning, friends.
First, just to remind you, I am Cherry from beginner 6+ . Well, let’s talk about a practitioner of non-violence and truth from India. He is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. He was a major political and spiritual leader of India and the Indian independence movement. He is commonly known around the world as Mahatma Gandhi. In India also known as Bapu or “Father”. He is officially honoured in India as the Father of the Nation.
After knowing who Mahatma Gandhi is, let’s talk about him when he still alived. Mahatma Gandhi was born in Porbander,Gujarat,Western India. His mother is the fourth wife of his father. Mahatma Gandhi was married to Kasturbai and they had 4 children. Beside that, he ate simple vegetarian food and also undertook long fasts as means of social protest. In 1888, Gandhi traveled to London,England, to study law at University College London. He joined the Vegetarian Society, was elected to its executive committee , and founded a local chapter.
On 30 january 1948, Gandi was shot and killed while having his nightly public walk on the grounds of Birla House, New Delhi. At that time, Jawaharlal Nehru addressed the nation through radio. He said that Bapu as we called him, the father of nation, was no more. He said that they wouldn’t see him again, as they had seen him for those many years. They wouldn’t run to him for advice or seek solace from him, and that was a terrible blow not only for Nehru but for millions and millions in that country, India.
In conclusion, we realized that Mahatma Gandhi is a hero in India and his name will be in every Indian’s hearts forever. And Indians are very thankful to him.

First Thing

Well, account ini sebenernya udah lama banget dibikinnya. cuma bru sempat menulis sekarang. So, i dunno where I supposed to start. Hmpp.. Maybe introduction first.
My name is - just say- Cherry. Saia bersekolah di SMAN 1 Purwakarta kelas X. Hobby saia menulis dan membaca. Saia sangat suka dengan literature2 English ataupun Indonesia. Cita-cita saia untuk sekarang yaitu melanjutkan sekolah ke salah satu perguruan tinggi di negeri Paman Sam. Kesempatan saia bersekolah disana sebenarnya sudah datang beberapa kali. Namun , saia merasa tidak siap. Jadilah kesempatan itu hilang dan datang lagi nanti pas saia akan kuliah.
Tapi tidak apa-apa. Disini saia masih bisa membantu banyak orang.

Hari ini , saia pulang dari tempat kerja pukul 09.00 PM. Kebetulan , saia bekerja di salah satu lembaga pendidikan bahasa inggris INFORMAL di Purwakarta. Hari ini kami mengadakan test untuk para siswa/i baru. I am exhausted , but their smiles can pay my hardwork.

Jujur. saia bingung harus menulis apa disini. Mungkin itu cukup untuk permulaan.
